Lucy Halson

Lucy Halson, Chartered MCIPD, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience at the Met Office since June 2017, currently serving as the Senior Employee Experience Partner. Lucy has a proven track record in overseeing the employee lifecycle and managing complex HR matters. Previous roles include HR Specialist Partner and HR Advisor - Operations Team Leader, where Lucy successfully implemented people management systems and led HR teams. Earlier experiences encompass various customer service roles in the travel and hospitality sectors, complemented by a strong educational background in International Tourism Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a BTEC National Diploma in Travel and Tourism.
