Nathan M.

Nathan M. is a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager with extensive experience in agile product delivery, currently positioned at the Met Office since April 2024. Previous roles include Senior Delivery Manager at the UK Hydrographic Office and a continuation of Senior Delivery Manager at Met Office from November 2021 to October 2023. Nathan has also served as an Agile Consultant at ACUE, where a focus on engineering excellence and enterprise agility was paramount. Earlier in the career, Nathan managed diverse projects as Delivery Manager at ODIN and gained project management experience at FDM Group as IT Consultant and Project Manager Scrum Master for RBC. Nathan's project management capabilities were further demonstrated at Plymouth City Council and M&M International Consulting Ltd, overseeing significant projects with varying scales and complexities. Earlier military service as a Surface Warfare Officer in the Royal Navy provided a foundation for leadership and strategic planning. Nathan holds an educational background from the University of Plymouth.
