Tamasine Woods

Tamasine Woods has extensive experience in various managerial and leadership roles, currently serving as Directorate Change Manager at the Met Office since September 2001, with previous positions including Corporate Performance Manager and Science Programme Coordination Manager. Prior to this, Tamasine held the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve while also serving at Dell Computer Corporation as PA to the Managing Director. Additional roles included Call Despatcher at Anacomp, Customer Service Specialist at AkzoNobel Decorative Coatings, and Officer Cadet in the Royal Air Force. Tamasine began a career in customer service as a Cashier with Nationwide Building Society. Tamasine earned a Bachelor's degree in British History from the University of Exeter between 2003 and 2008 and completed initial officer training over 30 weeks.
