Ed Krow has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to talent transformation, executive coaching, human resources, and organizational development. Ed founded Ed Krow, LLC in 2012, where they have helped over 250 clients, including Fortune 500 companies, achieve talent and culture transformations. Ed is known for their deep understanding of the employee/employer dynamic and their ability to create a relatable connection with leaders. Prior to that, they worked as a senior human resources consultant at Beard Miller Company, LLP, where they focused on developing and implementing effective human resource programs and policies. Ed also owned Human Resources Essentials, LLC, where they managed various HR and safety projects for clients across different industries. Ed Krow has also served as an adjunct instructor at Millersville University and as a member and contributor to the Forbes Coaches Council. Before starting their own ventures, they held numerous operations and HR positions at United Parcel Service, where they were responsible for HR generalist functions and training.

Ed Krow earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety & Hygiene Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1986 to 1989. Ed then pursued a Master of Science degree in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completing the program from 1992 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Ed Krow has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1999, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Ed further enhanced their expertise by becoming a Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork in 2009. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification from SHRM. In March 2019, Ed Krow became a Certified Speaker & Trainer through the John Maxwell Team, followed by obtaining their Professional Membership in the National Speakers Association in July 2019.
