Fiona Russell

Fiona Russell is an experienced executive and leadership coach who founded Lumind Coaching. Fiona currently holds various coaching and consultancy positions at companies such as Nudge Coaching & Consultancy, Maximus International, Meta-LUCID, The Change Executive, and Peoplemax. Fiona also has a background in talent consulting and talent management, having previously worked at Allianz Australia and Marsh in various leadership roles. Fiona holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, along with degrees in Human Resources and Pharmacology.
