Lilian Wang

Lilian Wang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilitation and leadership development. Currently serving as Director at RFOUR Pty Ltd since March 2006, Lilian is an IAF-Certified Professional Facilitator specializing in executive off-sites, vision and mission strategy, team dialogue, and transformational change. Additionally, Lilian holds the position of Associate Consultant at Meta-LUCID since 2015. Educational qualifications include an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Social Science in Journalism and Communication, with expertise in German, from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
