Elaine Horn

Elaine Horn has extensive experience in educational technology and networking, serving as the Cisco Networking Academy Program Manager at META Solutions since May 1998 and as the Cisco Networking Academy Director at TRECA Educational Solutions from 1998 to the present. Elaine Horn holds a Master's degree in Math Education from The Ohio State University, where studies were completed from 1973 to 1983. Elaine Horn also graduated from Ridgedale High School.
