Adam Sanders possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management within the energy and event coordination sectors. Starting as a Power System Engineer at Xcel Energy from May 2011 to January 2014, Adam contributed to the development of engineering and design standards for one of the largest transmission companies in the United States. Following this role, Adam served as an Instrument, Electrical, and Control Engineer at Flint Hills Resources from January 2014 to March 2019, focusing on project support for large capital projects in instrumentation and safety. Additionally, Adam has experience in event coordination with Rush Creek Golf Club from April 2009 to October 2011, managing events for over 150 guests. Currently, Adam holds the position of Electrical Subject Matter Expert at Meta since September 2025, and also leads Field Data Solutions. Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering.
