Alana Gray currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Product (Youth) at Meta since April 2025. Prior to this, Alana held the position of Interim General Counsel at Bumble Inc. from May 2024 to April 2025, where significant experience was gained in legal complexities within regulated markets. Alana's previous roles include Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for UK & Spain Interactive at Bally's Interactive, focusing on legal and regulatory matters across multiple territories, and various senior positions at Gamesys, where expertise in advertising, commercial, technology, and regulatory issues was developed. Alana began legal training at Reed Smith LLP, gaining experience in business affairs, film and television, and intellectual property, ultimately earning an LLB from the University of Exeter and a Legal Practice Course degree from the College of Law.
