Andrew Marchese

Andrew Marchese is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in machine learning and mathematics education. Andrew served as Lead Data Scientist at SeatGeek and progressed to roles such as Data Scientist and Senior Data Scientist at Plated and The New York Times, respectively. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Machine Learning Engineer at Meta. Previous roles include Director and Senior Manager of Data Science at Peacock, where Andrew led cross-functional teams to develop impactful ML models and implemented MLOps pipelines. Andrew also has a solid foundation in teaching, having worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee and as a Teaching Assistant at Stony Brook University. Andrew's academic credentials include a PhD in Mathematics and two Master's degrees in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
