Aritra Ghosh

Aritra Ghosh is an accomplished computer scientist with a focus on machine learning and data selection algorithms. Aritra began a career at Microsoft as a Software Engineer 2, contributing to BingAds Selection and Relevance from September 2016 to August 2017. Following this, Aritra served as a Doctoral Student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, working on projects involving differentiable data selection algorithms and sequential models for limited datasets until August 2022. Aritra gained additional experience as a Research Intern in Machine Learning at Adobe, where the focus was on bid landscape forecasting in real-time bidding and bidding strategy development. Currently, Aritra works as a Research Scientist at Meta, specializing in advertiser guidance and research. Aritra holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Indian Institute of Science and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
