Bulbul Behl is an experienced programme lead specializing in digital transformation and customer experience optimization. At Meta since January 2024, Bulbul is currently leading a digital transformation initiative for global operations. Previously, as a Senior Programme Manager at Amazon from May 2021 to June 2023, Bulbul managed strategic programs that enhanced customer experience across multiple regions. Bulbul's tenure at BT included roles as Programme Manager for a major digital transformation programme and Project Manager in operations, focusing on large-scale business improvements. Earlier experience encompasses consultancy roles at Whisk.com and Disruptive Lemonade, along with digital content management at Beehive Communications.
