Carolina Pacheco

Carolina Pacheco has extensive experience in recruiting, having worked at Meta from May 2016 to August 2021 as a University Recruiter, responsible for hiring for Data Science in 2025, and previously as a Recruiting Coordinator, coordinating high volumes of candidate interviews globally. Prior to Meta, Carolina served as a Recruiter at Balance Staffing Company from October 2013 to April 2016, managing the interview process for various roles within Operations and Engineering. Carolina began a career in recruitment as a Program Assistant at the University of the Pacific from October 2009 to October 2013, focusing on recruiting students for the SUCCESS Trio Program. Carolina earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of the Pacific in May 2013.
