Carrie Ting has extensive experience in strategy development and partnerships across various notable organizations. Serving as the Director of Strategy Development and Implementation at Stanford University School of Medicine, Carrie transitioned to roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where responsibilities included leading global health strategy and regional program management in China. Subsequent positions at 23andMe and Amino focused on advocacy and business development, while Carrie contributed to Meta in dual capacities as Mental Health Lead and later as the Youth Well-being Product Partnerships Lead, focusing on initiatives that promote mental health resources and teen well-being.
