Chandan Kawale

Chandan Kawale is a software engineer with extensive experience in leading and developing innovative technology solutions. Currently employed at Meta since June 2022, Chandan previously held the position of Senior Software Development Engineer at Amazon from April 2018 to May 2022, where significant contributions included leading teams for the development of core technologies for Amazon Original Series, Comixology, and Vella features. Earlier roles at Amazon Web Services involved designing distributed services for server repair prioritization and decommissioning old hardware, along with an internship that focused on publishing server configurations. Chandan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune.
