Ching-Wen Hsu

Ching-Wen Hsu is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently employed at Meta since August 2024, Ching-Wen previously worked at BILL and Facebook, where significant contributions included leading projects for de-identification infrastructure and enhancing the privacy product "Off-Facebook Activity." Ching-Wen has also developed user targeting systems, memory-sharing features, and vector animations for various platforms. Earlier career roles include developing a tour bus booking website, overseeing localization quality assurance for games, and creating a large-scale gambling system using microservice architecture. Ching-Wen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University.
