Chris Sarli

AI Hardware Design

Chris Sarli is an experienced hardware architect and design engineer with a strong background in system electronics and application engineering. At Apple, Chris led power architecture development for AR Vision Products, focusing on custom silicon and battery integration. Previously at Tesla, Chris was responsible for the system electronics design of Optimus, the humanoid robot. Earlier roles include designing board-level reference designs at Texas Instruments and serving as a hardware design lead at Spansive, a venture-backed startup. Chris also gained valuable experience through internships in systems engineering at L3Harris Technologies and applications engineering at Texas Instruments. Chris holds a B.S. and multiple M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
