Courtney Hynes

Courtney Hynes is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in technical and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiting Manager at Meta since November 2016, Courtney has held various leadership roles in production engineering, international infrastructure, user experience research, and content design. Prior to Meta, Courtney worked as a Talent Advisor at Egencia, focusing on business travel solutions, and held multiple staffing consultant positions at Microsoft, recruiting for marketing, business development, corporate strategy, and Windows divisions. Career began at Razorfish as a Lead Recruiter and Account Manager. Courtney holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Washington.
