Daeil Kim

Daeil Kim is an entrepreneur and AI researcher currently leading synthetic data efforts at Meta. They previously founded AI. Reverie, one of the first startups focused on synthetic data in computer vision, and served as a Senior Data Scientist at The New York Times, where they contributed to the launch of NYT Español. Daeil earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on machine learning from Brown University, where they also completed a master's degree. Their earlier experience includes research at Mind Research Network, developing fMRI analysis techniques.
