Dan Baicker

Dan Baicker possesses a diverse background in product management and consulting, with experience spanning several prestigious organizations. Baicker began a career at Goldman Sachs as a Summer Analyst and subsequently developed skills at Deloitte Consulting, where roles included Analyst, Consultant, and Manager. After a stint at Bayer Business Services as a Summer Associate in Technical Operations & Supply Chain, Baicker held significant positions at Lifion by ADP, rising to Sr. Director of Product Management, and later served as Director of Product Management at Sequoia. Since February 2025, Baicker has been a Manager in Product Management at Meta. Educational qualifications include a Bachelors of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an M.B.A. with a focus on Technology Strategy and Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School.
