David Nolte has extensive legal experience, starting as a Litigation Paralegal at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from June 2005 to July 2007 and advancing to various roles at the Defense Logistics Agency from April 2017 to July 2020, including Associate General Counsel and Assistant Counsel positions. Nolte also interned at the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia in June 2008 and worked as a Summer Associate at Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald in May 2009. From July 2020 to January 2024, Nolte served as Senior Litigation Counsel for E-Discovery at the U.S. Department of Justice. Currently, Nolte is the Associate General Counsel for eDiscovery & Information Governance at Meta, starting in January 2024. Nolte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Public Policy, and Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
