From August 2013 to June 2015, Diana held the position of Communication, Press & PR Manager for Jumilla City Council, focusing on PR strategies, media relations, event management, and content creation. After transitioning to CPL in 2016, Diana progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming CPL Community Operations Quality Manager, overseeing a department of 36 intercultural employees and leading quality initiatives.
