At Meta, Elizabeth served as a Leadership Recruiter from March 2019 to March 2021, focusing on various business opportunities, including sales, marketing, and software engineering roles. Prior to this, Elizabeth spent nearly a decade at Momentum Worldwide in various leadership recruiting roles, notably as a Leadership Sourcer for MBG and as a Talent & Attraction Manager, delivering exceptional recruitment experiences across multiple departments. Elizabeth also has freelance experience as an HR Manager and Recruiter, managing comprehensive recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
