Emilee Tison possesses extensive experience in the field of psychology, specifically within personnel research and people analytics. Tison began a career as a Personnel Research Psychologist at OPM from July 2010 to March 2014, followed by a progression of roles at DCI Consulting Group, Inc. from January 2017 to January 2020, ultimately achieving the position of Principal Consultant. Since September 2021, Tison has been involved in People Analytics at Meta. Tison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wake Forest University in 2003 and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech in 2010.
