Emily Anderson

Emily Anderson has extensive experience in people analytics and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy. At Meta, from April 2022 to January 2025, Emily held multiple roles, including Senior People Analytics Business Partner and Senior Manager of DEI Strategy, Intelligence, & Planning. Prior to working at Meta, Emily spent several years at Deloitte Consulting from September 2014 to November 2017, progressing from Analyst to Senior Consultant. Earlier in Emily's career, a role as Research Assistant at ICF International allowed for foundational experience in workforce research. Academically, Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from Hamilton College and a Master of Arts in Public Policy with a concentration in Women's Studies from The George Washington University.
