Erika Gonzalez is a seasoned expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion with a robust background in leading strategic initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Diversity Business Partner at Meta since February 2021, Erika focuses on driving talent growth and fostering an inclusive workplace. Prior to this, Erika held the position of Senior Director, Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Audible, Inc., where innovation through voice storytelling was a key focus. Erika's career includes progressive roles at Wyndham Worldwide, culminating in Director of Diversity & Inclusion, as well as experience in marketing at Wakefern Food Corp and academia as a Graduate Assistant at Seton Hall University. Erika holds two MBA degrees in Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University and completed an Executive Education program in Sustainability Leadership at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
