Felecia W. has significant experience in business operations and strategy, holding various leadership roles at major companies. Felecia worked at Microsoft from October 2022 to April 2023 as a Senior Manager in Strategy & Operations for both Cloud Security and Microsoft Research within Healthcare, as well as serving as Program Management Lead for Legal-HR Immigration. Currently, Felecia is the Director of Business Programs & Operations at Meta since May 2023.
