Genesis Faumuina

Genesis Faumuina possesses extensive experience in recruiting coordination across multiple prominent organizations, including Facebook, Avvo, and Meta. From March 2018 to June 2021 at Facebook, Genesis effectively managed a team of contract coordinators, developed candidate pipelines, conducted interviews, and implemented process improvements, contributing significantly to team growth in various locations. Prior roles included tutoring Polynesian high school students, serving as a treasurer for the UW Polynesian Student Alliance, and gaining vital recruiting experience at LinkedIn and Koru, Inc. Genesis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts from Pierce College.
