Ian Laiks

Ian Laiks, PHR, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations and staffing. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Business Partner at Meta, Ian has held similar positions within Reality Labs and Tech Infrastructure. Previous roles include Manager and Senior Associate in Human Resources at KPMG US, a Staffing Specialist at Integra LifeSciences, and a Human Resources Generalist Consultant at Goldman Sachs. Ian began the HR career at IBM as an intern in the Integrated Compensation Team. Ian earned a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, following a year of study at Colgate University.
