Isabelle Licht

Isabelle Licht has a diverse background in education, marketing, and recruitment. Experience includes roles at the University of Puget Sound as a Writing Advisor and Campus Visit Program Coordinator, where responsibilities involved mentoring students, managing campus visits, and promoting the university. Internships at KGO-TV and DesignStory provided exposure to market research and content development. A recruiting career began at Adecco supporting Google, followed by a progressive role at Meta, where Isabelle currently serves as a Recruiting Manager overseeing hardware hiring teams. Educational credentials include a BA in Business and Math from the University of Puget Sound and a brief study in Ecology and Conservation from the School for International Training.
