Jagadeesan Sundaresan

Jagadeesan Sundaresan is a highly experienced software engineer specializing in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Meta since December 2024, Jagadeesan previously held the position of Senior Staff Engineer at LinkedIn from September 2021 to December 2024, focusing on Search & Discovery AI. Prior to that, a role as Tech Lead for Search & Recommendations AI/ML was undertaken at Facebook between May 2018 and September 2021. Jagadeesan also has significant experience in the financial domain, having worked as Director at Algorithmic Trading from January 2010 to February 2018 and as a Quantitative Researcher at Citadel LLC from July 2005 to December 2009.
