Jiger Patel

Jiger Patel is an experienced Product Design Engineer with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Jiger began the professional career as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Linamar and progressed to a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern at Amphenol Canada Corp, where skills in connector design and GD&T were developed. Subsequent roles include a Product Design Engineer at Tyco Security Products and a position at Tesla focusing on mass properties and vehicle R&D. In a notable tenure at Amazon Lab126, Jiger served as the technical lead for several major products, including the Fire TV Cube, Kindle Paperwhite, Echo Show 5, and Echo Show 10 2nd Gen, all of which were successfully shipped. Currently, Jiger holds a position as a Product Design Engineer at Meta.
