Jimmy Yang is a researcher at Meta since August 2022, specializing in reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and embodied AI. Prior to this role, Jimmy completed a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Princeton University, where studies focused on reinforcement learning and natural language processing. During the graduate program, Jimmy also interned at Google, contributing to safe reinforcement learning for legged robots, and at Siemens, developing models for anomaly detection in time-series data and domain adaptation approaches using GANs. Additionally, Jimmy earned a Master of Arts in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.
