Kalyan Kumar O has extensive experience in ASIC design and implementation, having begun a career at Qualcomm in August 2008. Initial roles included an internship focused on full chip synthesis, followed by positions as an Engineer and Sr. Lead Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed RTL design, DAC verification, CPU core synthesis, and managing constraints for multiple tapeouts. Progressing to Senior Engineer, Kalyan Kumar O oversaw the design of a Video pre-fetch engine and its associated synthesis and constraints. Subsequently, as Sr. Staff Engineer/Manager, contributions included delivering area-efficient and power-optimized CPU cores. Kalyan Kumar O also worked as a Staff Engineer on the physical design of ARM CPU cores. Currently, Kalyan Kumar O serves as an ASIC Implementation Engineer at Meta since August 2024.
