Lloyd Bagtas

Lloyd Bagtas serves as a Product Design Manager at Meta since June 2022 and as a Design Fellow at On Deck, where the focus is on design leadership. Previously, Lloyd held various roles at Amazon from February 2016 to September 2022, including Head of UX Design and Research Apprenticeships, where efforts were made to serve minorities from non-traditional backgrounds, and UX Design Manager for Echo devices and Alexa experiences, impacting millions of customers globally. Lloyd's experience also includes positions at Microsoft, Adobe, and Brobo, contributing to cutting-edge projects in motion graphics, interactive design, and user experience. Additionally, teaching roles at the School of Visual Concepts and The Art Institute of Portland reflect a commitment to nurturing the next generation of UX designers. Lloyd earned a B.A. in Fine and Studio Arts from UC Irvine.
