Marta Y. has extensive experience in technical support and operational leadership roles within major technology companies. At Meta from March 2018 to May 2023, Marta served as Director of Programs for Global Scaled Compliance Operations. Concurrently, at Facebook, Marta held the positions of Director and Global Head of Legal Product Adoption and Support Operations from March 2018 to August 2022. Prior roles include Manager of Legal Technical Support Services and Jira Technical Support Manager in the Austin, Texas area, as well as managerial positions at Abila and Sage, focusing on customer support. Marta holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law and Ethics from West Texas A&M University.
