McKay Ellis

McKay Ellis possesses extensive experience in international education, security intelligence, and diplomatic roles. As a Fellowship Recipient at Buckland International Education Group from 2013 to 2016, McKay taught over 2,500 middle and high school students in China, where Mandarin Chinese was studied, and received the Foreign Teacher of the Year award in 2015. Additional roles include serving as a Congressional Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2013, various contracted positions at PINKERTON for Facebook in late 2020 focused on global security analysis and operations, and currently as the Global Security Operations Center Manager at Meta since January 2022. McKay also contributed to the U.S. Department of State from 2017 to 2018 in political and military capacities and taught Business English at My English School Italia while pursuing a Master's degree at Università di Bologna. McKay holds a Bachelor's degree in Government Affairs from the University of Tampa and a Master's degree in Political Economy from the Università di Bologna.
