Melissa Hougland

Melissa Hougland currently serves as an Executive Assistant at Meta, providing support to senior directors in AI Communications and Global Communications Strategy & Insights since August 2023. Previously, Melissa held various roles at Meta, including Global Creative Project Manager, where responsibilities spanned managing executive-funded programs and global campaign launches across multiple platforms. As the Founder and Closet Coach at The Lewk Concept since December 2020, Melissa also managed internal events as an Events Manager during Meta's Return-to-Office phase. Earlier experience includes executive support roles at TUNE, Modis, Robert Half Technology, Mood Media, and Nordstrom, demonstrating a strong background in executive assistance, project management, and business development. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Seattle University and has pursued additional education at Parsons School of Design.
