Melissa Tobia

Melissa Tobia has extensive experience in leadership recruiting, currently serving in an Executive Search role at Meta since November 2016, focusing on Product and Infrastructure teams for Facebook and Instagram software engineering. Prior to Meta, Melissa worked at Jobspring Partners from January 2013 to November 2016, holding positions as Practice Manager, Lead Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter, where the specialization was in placing Ruby on Rails Developers, Frontend Developers, and UI/UX Designers in full-time and contract roles in the Bay Area. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, between 2008 and 2012.
