Michael Aubrey currently serves in Product & Regulatory Operations – Legal and Compliance at Meta since December 2024. Previously, Michael held various roles, including Senior Associate at Hanover Research from August 2014 to October 2015, where complex data analysis and survey design were key responsibilities. As Senior Program Manager for Trust & Safety at Papa from October 2023 to August 2024, Michael developed policies and established a centralized knowledge base. At Gartner from November 2015 to August 2019, qualitative and quantitative customer experience research was a focus, along with project management for innovative deliverables. Michael managed the Underage Use Prevention program at Juul Labs from August 2019 to September 2023, successfully scaling the initiative to significantly reduce youth prevalence of JUUL products. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics and International Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Mississippi.
