Michael Castillo has extensive experience in quality assurance and product operations across various companies in the gaming and technology industries. Michael served as QA Lead at Triller, where responsibilities included coordinating test cycles and managing a JIRA database. As QA Lead/Product Operations at Capcom, Michael was accountable for creating and updating test cases based on design specifications. Michael's tenure includes roles at Lucasfilm and Mind Control Software, enhancing skills in compliance and production. Recently, Michael held the position of Sr. QA Analyst/Lead at Topgolf, writing and executing test cases for game releases. Currently, Michael is involved with Meta as part of the Quality Assurance - Platform SDK team at Qualitest. Michael's education includes a degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from the Academy of Art University.
