Mina Ghashami

Mina Ghashami, PhD, is a seasoned academic and industry professional in the field of computer science, with extensive experience in applied science and machine learning engineering. At Amazon, Mina worked as an Applied Scientist from September 2020 to September 2022 and then continued in a similar role at Amazon Web Services until May 2025. Currently, Mina serves as a Machine Learning Engineer at Meta and an Adjunct Lecturer at NYU Tandon School of Engineering and Stanford University, co-instructing a course on Mining Massive Datasets. Previous roles include Staff Research Scientist at Visa and positions at Rutgers University as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Scholar Visitor.
