Molly Jane Fowler

Molly Jane Fowler is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and community growth. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Meta since March 2020, Molly oversees the design organization that connects over 3 billion users through Meta's family of applications and devices, while also managing the Meta Design System to ensure quality and scalability. Prior to Meta, Molly held various roles at Facebook from May 2013 to March 2020, where responsibilities included leading design teams for community growth and significantly contributing to the platform's user expansion. Molly's background also includes leadership positions in political campaigns and agency work, highlighting expertise in digital and creative direction across notable brands. Molly holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Missouri State University.
