Nadiyah Romney

Nadiyah Romney is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Meta since June 2021, Nadiyah previously held the position of Director of Human Resources for CBS Sports and CBS Sports Network from March 2018 to May 2021. Nadiyah’s career also includes roles such as Sr. HR Manager at Time Warner Inc., HR Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev, and HR Generalist at T-Mobile. Early career experiences include positions at Ingersoll Rand, L’Oreal, and AmerIndia Technologies Inc. Nadiyah holds a Master’s degree and two Bachelor’s degrees from Rutgers University in Labor Studies and Employment Relations and Africana Studies.
