Nikhil Rasiwasia

Nikhil Rasiwasia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in applied Generative AI and machine learning leadership. Currently serving as the Applied GenAI/Machine Learning Lead at Meta since May 2022, Nikhil oversees cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for ad creative generation, successfully delivering multiple cutting-edge products. Prior to Meta, Nikhil held the position of Sr. Manager of Applied Science at Amazon, leading a team focused on enhancing customer experience through machine learning, resulting in significant business impacts. Nikhil's career also includes roles at Snapdeal as Principal Scientist/Sr. Director, co-founding Fashiate, and serving as a Research Scientist at Yahoo, where collaborative research on large-scale datasets was conducted. Nikhil earned a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC San Diego.
