Noam Sorek

Noam Sorek is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Meta since January 2023, Sorek previously held multiple director roles at Amazon from October 2014 to February 2023, focusing on applied science in computer vision for Alexa AI and Halo health and wellness products. Prior to Amazon, Sorek was Director of Engineering at Broadcom from October 2010 to October 2014 and co-founded Sightic, where Sorek also held the positions of Chairman and CEO. Earlier in Sorek's career, a significant role as Senior Director and General Manager of the Image Lab at Samsung Electronics was held from 2006 to 2009, alongside earlier co-founding endeavors at Sightic from 2001 to 2006.
