Pancham Gajjar

Pancham Gajjar has extensive experience in product management and strategic leadership within the technology sector, notably working at Meta from January 2018 to December 2023 as the Head of Product for Monetisation Privacy & Data Practices and Reality Labs. In these roles, Pancham led cross-functional teams to shape product strategies that aligned with organizational goals, including the successful implementation of AI-enabled collaboration tools in the Metaverse. Additionally, Pancham serves as the Product Lead for Workplace at Insight Education C.I.C., focusing on mentoring black-heritage pupils, and is a Founding Member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women leaders. Educational credentials include an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from London Business School and a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Economics from Denison University, complemented by a background in digital strategy consulting.
