Peter Park is an accomplished software engineer with a robust background in machine learning and data science. Starting as a Data Scientist at Desjardins in early 2019, Peter transitioned to the Federal Government of Canada as a Machine Learning Engineer/Data Scientist until February 2022. Subsequently, Peter held a software engineering role at Amazon from February 2022 to September 2024, followed by a position as VP of Software Engineering - Quant Dev Platform at Citi for a brief duration in early 2025. Currently, Peter is contributing to Meta as a Software Engineer since July 2025. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science in Honours Computer Science with a Statistics Minor and a Master of Science in Mathematics and Statistics, both from McGill University.
