Pingyu He

Pingyu He, PhD, is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in applying quantitative analyses to recruitment and trade data strategies. Significant roles include serving as a People Research Scientist at Facebook, where data-driven research supported talent recruitment and collaboration with cross-functional partners led to impactful insights. Previous positions also include consulting for the World Bank Group on export diversification strategies using trade data. Currently, Pingyu Pingyu is employed as a Data Scientist at Meta after a tenure as a Senior Data Scientist at LinkedIn. Academic credentials include a PhD in Economics from the University of Virginia, complemented by a Master’s Degree from the same institution and a Bachelor’s Degree from Peking University.
