Prasad Bhandarkar

Prasad Bhandarkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data engineering and analytics across leading technology companies. At Meta, from October 2017 to March 2025, Prasad served as Vice President of Reality Labs, overseeing data engineering for augmented and virtual reality projects, after previously holding the position of Sr Director in the same domain. Prior to Meta, Prasad was with Adobe from January 2006 to January 2017, where responsibilities included leading digital commerce transformation and developing the Adobe Dash business analytics suite. Earlier roles at Intel Corporation, i2 Technologies, and Pirelli involved significant achievements in reengineering and consulting efforts related to marketing data warehouses and supply chain processes. Prasad holds an MBA in Information Systems and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
